Our mission is to create a hospice house built by the community, for the community. Our services provide personalized patient-centered care in a home-style environment. Our staff has been carefully selected and trained to give the best quality care.
Cheboygan Hospice House Partnership with Community-Based Services
The Cheboygan Hospice House provides non-medical, 24/7 hand-over-hand guided care. This includes, medication and hydration reminders, nutritious meal plans, cleaning, laundering and facilitating collaboration to meet other needs of living.
We are in partnership with professionals that create personalized medical care plans that fulfill required interventions specific to your loved one.
